Even the programme Glee has waded their ‘poptastic’ toe into this hot topic by featuring Beyonce’s empowering song as the election rally of one of the main characters, Brittany’s.

This week sees the third instalment of this year’s The Apprentice, and unlike previous years, I am riveted. Why? Because the concept of this series is completely different from the previous years, in the fact that it’s premise has changed from ‘working FOR Sir Alan Sugar’ to ‘working WITH Sir Alan Sugar’. Yesterday was the day of the ‘employee’ whereas today, and the future, is the dawning of the new Entrepreneurial Age.

Business is a great vehicle to create wealth and is the most popular way for most individuals to invest their time and money in order to create it. Now there are many things you need to be, and want your business to portray, when starting your own business and one of those things is dynamism!
I love this word because it connotates energy, vibrancy and passion; ingredients you need to not only stand out from the crowd but motivate you to keep going when the going gets tough. And lets face it, there will be plenty of times when working your business is going to be tough!
